Why we built CedarLearn

Every child can grow when teaching meets them where they are.

A parent reads a book on the sofa with two children leaning close.

A note from our founder

I'm a parent of children who learn differently. I know how much patience it takes to help them through a lesson — and how much it means when an idea finally clicks.

CedarLearn is built for kids who need a little more support. It teaches in small steps, explains an idea again in a new way until it makes sense, and offers breaks right on time.

Most of all, CedarLearn is about confidence. When children believe they can do it, they keep going, and the gap to their class gets smaller.

CedarLearn is built for parents too, so you understand how your child learns, not just their grades.

Grades matter, but my goal is for kids to build confidence, for families to get the support they need to help, for learning to stay interesting, and for kids to see why knowledge matters to them. Different paths, different paces, the same destination.

— Ricky, founder of CedarLearn and a parent

What we believe

Every child learns differently. The teaching should adapt to the child.

Every child learns differently. Let's help them grow.
